This Alfresco Griddle is designed for use with the Alfresco Versa Power burner (model AXEVP). Constructed from a 3/16-inch thick solid 304 grade stainless steel plate, this griddle has side and rear air vents to keep the heat away from you while you are cooking. Great for teppanyaki, fajitas, breakfast, or juicy burgers! Ideal for for many cooking styles and can be used as a plate warmer to keep those steaks sizzling when served.
