Care Instructions
Wooden items used for the preparation or serving of food should be washed by hand under running water using mild, colourless dish soap, and dried immediately using a cloth or paper towel. If the utensil does not need to be thoroughly washed, a dry or slightly cloth can be used.
Do not soak wood or clean wooden items in a dishwasher, this can result in the wood splitting or warping.
To maintain the quality and condition of the wood , we recommend occasionally applying a small amount of food-safe mineral oil using a cloth or paper towel. Leave the oil to dry before using.
